The superficial and fleeting variety. The kind that wanes after a blister forms or you accidentally wear them a few times during rainstorms and/or blizzards, and the ends turn an unfortunate water-stained shade of salty white.
But still worth it I daresay. They're adorable, have a perfect heel height, and aren't all that expensive compared to some of Anthropologie's wears.

i saw these in the most recent anthropologie catalog last night . . . sigh. such a shame i have to spend my money on other things right now. . . . perhaps when they go on sale . . .
I know. I just bought the featured aqua ballarina dress with yellow detailing for a ball. And told myself it wasn't that bad, since the gown I bought last week was $500.
I'm sure once all my loans enter repayment, reality will hit.
